Loving yourself is where honoring yourself begins.
We hear a lot about the importance of self care and self love, it almost feels as if any bad thing in our life is because we’re not doing these.
LOVE
It is a frequently used word, but beyond the vagueness, platitudes and saccharine, what exactly does it mean?
In this course you'll discover a specific definition of love, plus four steps to put it into action.
INTEGRITY
The Four Pillars of Integrity are how we give our love a spine so that we don’t drain ourselves and burn out.
Learn each of these four pillars and how to live so that our words, actions, thoughts, and agreements are all in alignment.
FACE FEAR
Fear is a natural phenomenon of being alive as a human.
But to be in its grip is not natural. Learn ways to release the grip of fear so that you can show up consciously and be present with yourself, others, and whatever else is going on.
THANKSGIVING
Gratitude has become such an overused term, it’s almost cliché, and even worse, we can use it to block our true feelings.
To get the true transformative power from giving thanks, we need to consciously take four steps to ignite our thanks.
